    1. Back-End Developer with Experience

    Job Description

    We are seeking a forward-thinking and positive team member skilled in developing and implementing business logic in back-end solutions. These solutions are designed to support an efficient customer journey in our products. As a back-end developer, you will play a central role in our development efforts. You will collaborate closely with front-end developers and customers to create engaging and high-performance web applications.

    Products

    IOT Solutions operates within the energy service domain. We have developed two main products:

    • PowerPay: A payment solution for electricity.
    • allmy.energy: A platform for data collection, analysis, reporting, and energy settlement.

    Both areas are experiencing significant growth, with new, large clients joining us. Currently, we have approximately 20,000 users on PowerPay and around 5,000 connected payment points.

    Our solutions collect data from energy meters for electricity, district heating, and gas. Occasionally, we develop customized solutions through our partners, based on our specifications.

    On allmy.energy, we serve large clients such as Oslobygg and Ice, who use the system for advanced reporting and analysis. This platform enables energy and cost optimization.

    Required Skills and Experience

    We are looking for documented experience in one or more of the following areas:

    • Proficiency in PostgreSQL, Go, and Python.
    • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
    • Strong understanding of responsive design principles.
    • Knowledge of various ERP systems and payment solutions like Stripe.
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.

    • Understanding of processes and user journeys.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Fluent in Norwegian and English.

    3. Produkt Manager – allmy.energy

    Job Description

    As a Product Manager for allmy.energy, you will play a key role in the sales, marketing, development, and enhancement of our products and services. You will work closely with technology teams, marketing, sales, and customers to ensure our solutions meet market needs and exceed customer expectations.

    Responsibilities

    Product Strategy and Development

    • Define product, market strategy, and roadmap aligned with the company’s overall goals.
    • Identify and analyze market needs, trends, and competitors.
    • Serve as the primary link between customers and development.
    • Collaborate with the development team to design and launch new features.

    Customer Focus

    • Gather and analyze feedback from customers and users to improve the products.
    • Ensure that the customer experience and needs remain central throughout the product development process.

    Project Management

    • Plan, coordinate, and lead product development projects from concept to launch.
    • Ensure effective communication among all stakeholders.

    Performance Monitoring

    • Track recurring revenues (ARR).
    • Continuously evaluate product profitability and market position.

      • Handles complex scenarios, from single meters to advanced solar energy distribution.
      • Supports tenant billing based on agreed allocation principles (e.g., ownership share, pro rata distribution).
    • PowerPay: A fully automated payment system for measurable utilities such as electricity and water.
      • Used in marinas, campsites, charging systems, and more.
      • Currently serving approximately 20,000 users.

    Qualifications

    • Relevant education in technology, business development, product management, or similar fields.
    • Experience as a Product Manager, Project Manager, or in a similar role.
    • Strong understanding of the energy industry and/or smart technology solutions is a plus.
    • Experience or knowledge of billing systems for commercial properties and housing cooperatives.
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable decisions.
    • Experience with agile methodologies.
    • Excellent communication skills in Norwegian and English.
    • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
